Popacateptl is a big volcano,far away in Mexico.
Popacateptl goes, popacateptl goes,
Bang........Sizzle Sizzle ......Bang.

This is a short song we learned. It is called "Popacateptl", a volcano in Mexico.
We really enjoy singing this song.
We have added actions and body percussion to this song. We also vary the dynamics and tempo throughtout this song.
At the beginning we crouch down on the floor, singing very softly. Then gradually we rise up (imitating the lava rising in the chamber) and finally erupt!!!!
